Upgrade a Hosting Account

An account upgrade may be performed at any time from within your Client Area.

Be sure to log in to the Client Area and then complete the following steps:

Select My Services from the overhead menu,
Click the icon shown to the right hand side of the service you wish to upgrade,
Click the Upgrade button right near the bottom of the page,
Complete the upgrade process, selecting your upgrade package from the shopping cart and processing your invoice.

In most cases, upgrades will occur automatically once payment has been received for the upgrade and there will be no need to create an additional support ticket for the upgrade to be processed.
